  • "Commercial Information" refers to records of products or services purchased, considered, or otherwise related to your interactions with HavenAxis.

  • AI Interaction Data: Prompts, chat histories, queries, and assistant feedback logged when interacting with HavenAxis AI assistant features.

We use the collected Information for various purposes, including:

  • Delivering, maintaining, and powering your centralized digital home portfolio, maintenance tracking, and digital vault services.
  • Processing queries and delivering contextual responses via our AI assistant features.
  • Managing property access permissions and sharing authorized home data securely among designated property viewers and editors.
  • Personalizing and enhancing user experiences, understanding usage patterns, and creating new features.
  • Communicating service updates or marketing promotions, processing transactions, and managing accounts.
  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity and complying with legal obligations.

5. How we Share Information

Sharing of Personal Information:

We may share your Information with trusted service providers (payment processors, cloud hosts, communications platforms), during business mergers or acquisitions, or to comply with legal obligations.

Property Sharing and Co-Users:

If you grant access permissions to other users (family members, property managers, or service providers) to view or edit a property profile within HavenAxis, those authorized users will be able to view relevant Property and Vault Data associated with that specific property. You are solely responsible for managing and revoking access permissions.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Data Usage:

We respect the confidentiality of your home data. We do not use your private Property, Vault Data, or personal chat histories with our AI assistant to train public or third-party artificial intelligence models. Your property data remains securely siloed.

Confidential Information Sharing:

We do not disclose, share, or sell your Confidential Information except with your explicit consent or direction, or as required by law (e.g., subpoenas or court orders).

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security safeguards to protect your data, including compliance with applicable privacy laws like the CCPA. While we employ robust measures, no internet transmission is entirely secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by law.
